There's been a lot of talk recently about the idea of a 'progressive alliance', especially as the Green Party didn't stand a candidate in the Richmond Park by-election to increase the chances of a defeat for Zac Goldsmith.
But moving forward, how might a progressive alliance work? Is it desirable? What would it aim to achieve? We'll be debating these issues at January's monthly meeting, with a contribution from new Green Party Co-Leader Jonathan Bartley, who'll be joining us for the evening.
